Very flexibly equipped machining facility

During a project in outdoor parquet or wall parquet, special elements often come together. This can be, for example, a staircase, built from the same material as the outdoor parquet. For this purpose, it is necessary to scrape, plane, cut, mill or drill the profiles or perform any other operation. For many projects it is usually not about larger numbers. Making the flexibility of the machining facility very important. At Awood we are set up for this; volume is not necessary.

Planing, milling, shortening and gluing

We can plane at Awood and we are set up to plane smaller quantities flexibly and quickly as well. Profiles, such as the Ipé B-fix, with very large volumes, are planed by planing companies. Speed, transport costs and volumes often determine the route. Awood knows which paths are possible and chooses the most attractive one for the client.

Coating, staining or other consecutive treatments

There are projects where treatment after mounting is requested. Here, too, different routes are possible. The coating line can provide the Wall Parquet Supreme with stain or paint on all sides, so that it can be mounted on the wall pre-treated. Sometimes treatments are also required, for which Awood delivers the wood to third parties. Examples are fire retardation, coating with a specific product from a contracting company when that is determined in the project specification, or thermal modification. Awood knows the way and has a good and reliable network of contract companies.
